What you give us yourself
The contact form
When you write to us through the contact form we collect your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number if you fill it in, the subject line and the message you write. It reaches us as an e-mail to info@heliairsweden.com and is used to answer you.
Job applications
The job application form collects your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number, your message and the file you choose to attach. Applications go to application@heliairsweden.com.
An attachment – a CV or a covering letter – almost always says more about you than the form’s own fields do. Send only what you want us to have, and leave out things like health information or your personal identity number; we do not need them in order to read your application.
How the forms are sent
Form submissions are sent as e-mail through Resend, the service we use for outgoing mail. The sender address is always noreply@notifications.heliairsweden.com, while your own address travels with the message as the reply-to address so that we can answer you directly. The message therefore passes through Resend’s systems on its way to our inbox.
Cookies and website analytics
This website uses cookies. Some are needed for the site to work; others are set so that we can see how the site is used.
Your choice is handled by the consent tool CookieYes, which shows a notice on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by choosing Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
For measurement we use:
- Google Tag Manager (container GTM-M6NRM3SQ), which loads on every page and can in turn load measurement tags.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-TJ95ZV1WZF). At present this tag loads only on the Swedish-language pages of the site.
Google is a separate company that processes the data on its own account, and that processing may take place outside the EU and the EEA. How Google uses data from sites that use its services is described in Google’s own privacy information.
Security and server logs
The website is protected by the Wordfence security plugin, which processes visitors’ IP addresses in order to detect and block attacks. It is hosted by Loopia on servers in Sweden, and the web server keeps request logs in the ordinary way.
Who else sees the data
We do not sell personal data. The suppliers who process data on our behalf are the hosting provider, the e-mail service and the tools described above. Data may also be disclosed where we are required by law to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as it is needed for what it was collected for – an enquiry for as long as the matter is live and a period afterwards, an application for as long as the recruitment is running. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, get in touch and we will find out and come back to you.
Your rights
You have the right to
- know what data we process about you and receive a copy of it,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have data erased,
- ask us to restrict the processing,
- object to the processing,
- receive data you have given us in a machine-readable format, and
- withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting what has already been done.
